What We Collect
When you book, pay or apply for a job with us we collect only what we need to do the work: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your home or the job. If you pay by card, your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our systems and we never see or store your card number.
How We Use It
- To schedule, perform and follow up on your cleaning
- To send you a quote, confirmation, receipt or invoice
- To reply when you call, text or email us
- To review job applications
- To meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — principally Stripe for payment processing — and only when required by law.
Text Messages
If you text us or give us your number, you agree we may reply by text about your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. We do not send marketing blasts.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or analytics. Your browser may store standard technical data, and if you follow a payment link, Stripe applies its own privacy policy on its own pages.
How Long We Keep It
Customer and job records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy tax and legal requirements, then deleted. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted within twelve months.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call, text or email and we will handle it. If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you rights to access, correct, delete and opt out of the sale of personal data — we do not sell data, and we honour the other rights on request.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
