Payment FAQs

Good to Know

Is paying online safe?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, the same processor used by major retailers. Your card details go straight to Stripe's encrypted checkout — we never see or store your card number.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Just call or text 442.588.0028. Deposits are fully refundable if you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we're happy to move your date at no charge.
Does the deposit come off my total?
Yes — the $50 deposit comes straight off your final bill. If your 3-bedroom detailed standard clean is $285, you'd owe $235 after the cleaning.
Do you accept cash or Venmo?
Card online is fastest and gets you an instant receipt, but we also take cash in person. Ask us about other options when you book.
Do I tip?
Never required and never expected. If your cleaner went above and beyond, tips are always appreciated and go straight to them.
